Shelley Duncan's two-run double in the seventh inning capped Cleveland's six-run comeback, giving the Indians a 7-6 win over the visiting Minnesota Twins on Saturday night and a sweep of a day-night doubleheader.

Duncan, who drove in three runs in the first game, matched that in the nightcap. His run-scoring single in the sixth started a five-run rally as the Indians cut into Minnesota's 6-0 lead.

Duncan's double off Matt Capps completed Cleveland's comeback.

The Indians, who have beaten the Twins eight straight times, won the first game 8-2. The Twins are 2-18 in their last 20 and are two defeats away from their first 100-loss season since 1982.

Cleveland has won eight of its last 11 games. Shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera left in the sixth with a right elbow contusion.

Drew Butera tied a career high with three RBIs for the Twins, while Scott Diamond took a shutout into the sixth.

Nick Hagadone (1-0) pitched the seventh for his first major-league win. Jose Mijares (0-2) gave up singles to Jason Donald and Carlos Santana to start the winning rally. Chris Perez pitched the ninth for his 36th save.
