Austin Wynns piled up six hits and six RBIs while Noelvi Marte stroked a grand slam to highlight his five-hit, seven-RBI day as the Cincinnati Reds ripped the host Baltimore Orioles 24-2 in Sunday afternoon's series finale.

Austin Hays supplied four hits and scored four runs while Wynns and Elly De La Cruz added homers as the Reds won for the second time in the three-game series. Every starter in Cincinnati's lineup produced at least one hit, one run and one RBI.

The Reds didn't have many pitchers available for long stints, so reliever Brent Suter made a spot start and gave up one unearned run in three innings.

By the time Ian Gibaut relieved Suter in the bottom of the fourth, the Reds held a 10-1 lead in the process of reeling off 19 unanswered runs. Taylor Rogers (1-0) worked the fifth and Randall Wynne was awarded a save for going the final three innings.

Charlie Morton (0-5) remains without a victory in five starts for the Orioles. He was shelled for seven runs in 2 1/3 innings as he surrendered seven hits and issued four walks. It didn't go much better for reliever Cody Poteet in his season debut. He gave up five runs in 2 2/3 innings.

Cincinnati scored multiple runs in six innings, topped by seven runs in the third and five in the eighth.

The Reds finished with eight walks and 25 hits, which included eight for extra bases. Marte (5-for-7) roped two doubles while TJ Friedl notched a triple and Hays and Spencer Steer added doubles. Gavin Lux scored four runs. Marte's grand slam came in the eighth off infielder Jorge Mateo.

Adley Rutschman hit a solo homer in the eighth for Baltimore, which inspired Cincinnati to keep adding in the ninth.

Wynns (6-for-7), who cracked RBI singles in the second, third and fourth, capped a four-run ninth with a three-run homer off fellow catcher Gary Sanchez.
