North Carolina State 82, Florida Gulf Coast 62: T.J. Warren totaled 30 points and nine rebounds as the host Wolfpack knocked off the Eagles.

Anthony Barber added 12 points and dished out six assists for North Carolina State (3-2), which improved to 3-1 at home. Desmond Lee pitched in with nine points for the Wolfpack, who rebounded from the disappointment of an overtime loss to North Carolina Central on Wednesday.

Chase Fieler led Florida Gulf Coast (4-2) with 18 points as the Eagles shot just 34.5 percent from the field. Bernard Thompson added 14 points and Jamail Jones chipped in 11 for Florida Gulf Coast, which saw its four-game win streak snapped.

The Wolfpack utilized 14 first-half points from Warren and eight apiece from Barber and Lee en route to a 39-24 halftime lead. The Eagles struggled from the jump, shooting just 8-of-28 in the first half, while key cogs Fieler and Nate Hicks played limited minutes amid early foul trouble.

After the break, North Carolina State extended its lead to as many as 27 while Florida Gulf Coast never inched closer than 17. Each team played several reserves down the stretch with the outcome never in doubt as BeeJay Anya and Kyle Washington led the Wolfpack's bench with six points each.
