Texas Tech jumped out to a 33-point halftime lead to end the suspense early and cruised to a 94-54 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff in Lubbock, Texas on Saturday.
Forward Aaron Ross scored 15 points to lead six Texas Tech players in double digits. The Red Raiders shot 65.3 percent from the field and made 9 of 14 3-point attempts.
The victory was the seventh in a row for the Red Raiders.
Texas Tech (8-1) led 25-8 a little over 10 minutes into the game, and got everyone involved in the action while rolling to a 52-19 halftime lead.
