Matt Bryant kicked a 47-yard field goal with 13 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter as the Atlanta Falcons won their fifth straight with a 20-17 triumph over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

After Aaron Rodgers tied the game with a 10-yard touchdown pass to Jordy Nelson with 56 seconds left, Eric Weems returned the kickoff 40 yards and a facemask penalty placed the ball at midfield.

Matt Ryan, who is now 19-1 at home, led the Falcons (9-2) into field-goal position and Bryant did the rest.

Ryan completed 14 of 15 passes in the second half en route to his 15th straight win at the Georgia Dome.

He finished 24 of 28 for 198 yards and a touchdown to veteran tight end Tony Gonzalez. Ryan didn’t have to have a big game thanks to Michael Turner, who ran for 110 yards and a touchdown.

With the Packers (7-4) trailing 17-10, Rodgers converted two fourth downs on the game-tying drive, including the touchdown pass to Nelson on 4th-and-goal.

Rodgers, who also led the Packers with 51 rushing yards, drifted to his left and fired a dart to Nelson, who deftly tapped both feet in the corner of the end zone.

Rodgers finished 25 of 34 for 309 yards and a touchdown. He also ran for a score.
