Bruins 2, Flames 1: David Krejci and Reilly Smith scored 1:38 apart late in the third period to rally visiting Boston past Calgary in Jarome Iginla's return to the city in which he played for 16 seasons.

Tuukka Rask turned aside 26 shots as the Bruins won their third straight game and improved to 13-3-1 in their last 17. Iginla, making his first appearance at the Scotiabank Saddledome since he was traded to Pittsburgh in March, did not hit the scoresheet but was on the ice for Krejci's tying power-play tally and was named the game's First Star.

Jiri Hudler scored the lone goal and Reto Berra was less than 6 1/2 minutes from his first career shutout before Boston struck twice for the victory. Berra finished with 22 saves, including 13 over the final 20 minutes.

Hudler broke the scoreless deadlock just past the five-minute mark of the second period, breaking down the left wing and beating Rask with a wrist shot from just beyond the faceoff dot that appeared to dip under the netminder's glove. Boston managed only nine shots through the first two periods but had its best chance denied early in the third, when Berra flashed his glove to snatch Matt Fraser's bullet.

The Bruins continued to apply pressure, and it finally paid off when Krejci redirected defenseman Torey Krug's straight-on slap shot with 6:11 remaining. Smith followed with the game-winning tally, busting down the right wing and cutting toward the net before beating Berra to the short side with 4:33 to play.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Iginla, the Flames' franchise leader in games played (1,219), points (1,095) and goals (525), received a standing ovation lasting more than two minutes and repeatedly was showered with chants of "Iggy! Iggy! Iggy!" during pregame ceremonies. ... Hudler has recorded two goals and three assists during his five-game point streak and has collected eight points in his last seven matchups against Boston. ... Bruins C Gregory Campbell appeared in his 600th career game, becoming part of the sixth father-son tandem (Colin Campbell) to reach that milestone.
