Senators 4, Bruins 3: Bobby Ryan scored on a breakaway with 4:35 to play in the third period as host Ottawa avenged a lopsided defeat to Boston one night earlier.

Cory Conacher had a goal and an assist and defenseman Patrick Wiercioch and Zack Smith scored goals as the Senators rebounded from a 5-0 drubbing to snap the Bruins' three-game winning streak. Craig Anderson turned aside 29 shots as Ottawa won for the first time in eight chances (1-5-2) in the second game of a back-to-back.

Daniel Paille, Jarome Iginla and rookie defenseman David Warsofsky scored for Boston, which erased a two-goal deficit prior to Ryan's game-winner. Tuukka Rask, who blanked the Senators on Friday night, yielded three goals on 12 shots before he was pulled in the opening minute of the second period in favor of Chad Johnson (17 saves).

Paille answered Wiercioch's opening goal with an unassisted tally at 12:06 of the first period, breaking past defenseman Erik Karlsson before sliding a shot between the pads of Anderson. Conacher put Ottawa back on top less than 2 1/2 minutes later with a deft deflection of a mid-air backhanded shot from Kyle Turris that caught the far corner.

Ottawa made it 3-1 with a short-handed tally 29 seconds into the second period as Smith finished off a 2-on-1 with Erik Condra that led to Rask's exit, but Iginla steered home a perfect pass from Milan Lucic with 6:09 left in the period. Warsofsky, called up from the minors Saturday, tied it with his first career goal 6 1/2 minutes into the third, cutting through the middle before unleashing a blast from the right circle that beat Anderson short side.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Iginla, who had a second tally waved off when it was ruled he kicked the puck into the net, scored for the fourth time in three games to give him 542 goals for his career - moving him past Stan Mikita for 29th place on the all-time list. ... The Bruins announced Saturday that D Dennis Seidenberg will miss the remainder of the season after tearing the ACL and MCL ligaments in his right knee in the third period of Friday's game. Recovery time is estimated at six to eight months. ... In addition to Seidenberg, both team captains - Boston's Zdeno Chara (undisclosed) and Ottawa's Jason Spezza (lower body) - were out of the lineup along with Bruins F Carl Soderberg (concussion-like symptoms) and Senators D Chris Phillips (foot).
